Yoga Connection is a complete body and mind workout for the fitness-oriented person. It’s appropriate for all age and fitness levels from beginners to those continuing their yoga practice. Benefits of this program include: increased flexibility, balance, strength, grace and maximum stress reduction. This is a great program on it’s own or in addition to your regular aerobic workout.
